RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

How many days for returns?

Clients can return products within 14 days of receiving the package. During those 14 days it’s mandatory to contact our Customer Service at hello@bettyshome.pl, and our employees will provide information on the refund.

Can I return purchased product and what is the procedure?

Yes, you can return purchased products after filling the return form which you can find on our website. Returned products must not be damaged, dirty, washes, modified, products must have a label. The return of personalized products is not possible, because these orders are maden on an individual order. However, if the personalized prouct you received is defective, you can report it to our Customer Service at hello@bettyshome.pl.

Is it possible to return products without a cash settlement?

Yes, it is possible. Please, contact our Customer Service at hello@bettyshome.pl

What to do if I receive wrong or damaged product?

In the matter of complaints, please contact us at hello@bettyshome.pl

 

ONLINE SHOPPING

If I order two things seperatly can I still receive them in one package?

Yes, but only if your order has not been sent. Please, contact our Customer Service at hello@bettyshome.pl

 

 

What is the order fulfillment date?

Standard order fulfillment time is 2-7 bussines days and depends on the selected type of product.

Letters, numbers and stars – maximum 3 business days

Other products – maximum 7 business days

 

 

 

Is it possible to create an account in the store?

Yes, it is possible to create an account for individual clients.

 

 

 

Can I edit my order?

Yes, you can edit your order by contacting our Customer Service at hello@bettyshome.pl

 

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you haven’t received confirmation of shipping you can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service at hello@bettyshome.pl. If the package has been sent you need to return the products.

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does the delivery takes?

The delivery time depends on the chosen operator. In Poland it’s usually 24-48 hours.

 

 

 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost in Poland is 16 PLN.

 

 

 

 

Can the ordered product be send as a gift without including the price?

Yes, please put such information in the notes to the order box. You will see it after clicking go to checkout.

 

 

 

 

Can I pick up my order at the company's headquarters?

Yes, we invite you to our studio, which is located in Poznan, 10 Racjonalizatorów Street for the in-store pickup.

We kindly ask you to contact us in advance at hello@bettyshome.pl or by calling +48 570 728 800 to set up pick-up date.

 

 

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our packages to various countries within Europe, as well as to the United States, Canada and Australia. A list of shipping destinations and prices is available in the “Shipping & Delivery” tab. For shipping to other locations, please contact our Customer Service at hello@bettyshome.pl.

 

 

 

 

PRODUCTS

Can Betty's Home products be ironed?

Products made of velour should not be ironed.

As for cotton products, ironing is possible. For cotton products, we recommend ironing with a steam iron/steam function.

 

 

 

 

Are Betty's Home products washable?

Yes, you can wash our velour as well as cotton products at 30 C in a washing machine by choosing the program dedicated to washing delicate fabrics or by hand, also at 30 C.

Our poufs and mattresses have removable covers that can be taken off and washed according to the above instructions.

To preserve the best possible form and quality of your cushion, we recommend washing as infrequently as possible.

For individual stains or dirt, use a cotton cloth or sponge soaked in cold water. Gently rub the stained area. Then use a mild textile detergent or mild soap. Rinse with warm water and allow to dry.

 

 

 

 

Can Betty's Home products be tumble dried?

No, our products should not be tumble dried. Drying them in this way may cause damage to the fabric.

 

 

 

 

 

Are the covers for the poufs and mattresses removable?

Yes, the covers are removable.

 

 

 

 

 

Is it possible to purchase a gift card?

We do not have gift cards in our offer, however this option will be available soon.

 

 

 

 

 

Can a product that is intended as a gift be accompanied by a greeting card?

Yes, please add this information along with your wishes in the “Order Notes (Optional)” field.

 

 

 

 

 

PAYMENTS

What forms of payment are available?

Available payments include traditional bank transfer, payment via przelewy24, PayPal.

 

 

 

 

 

Can I get a VAT invoice?

If you wish to receive an invoice, please provide all details in the notes to your order or contact us by email at hello@bettyshome.pl.

 

 

 

 

 

What should I do if I selected online payment and did not make a deposit?

If you do not make payment within 7 days of your order, it will be cancelled.
